Motorcyclist Killed in Crash in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (August 14, 2019)- Phoenix Police Department is reporting the death of a motorcyclist following a fatal collision in Phoenix early Wednesday morning, August 14th. According to Phoenix Police Sgt. Vince Lewis, officers were summoned to respond to a report of a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle at the intersection of 59th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road.
The intersection of 59th Avenue and Lower Buckeye Road is closed, and eastbound traffic on Lower Buckeye Road is restricted from 67th Avenue. The cause of the collision is under investigator and no further information has been released at this time. This is a developing story.
