East Hollywood Motorcycle Crash at Santa Monica Blvd. Kills Rider

EAST HOLLYWOOD, CA (July 11, 2022) – Late in the afternoon on Saturday in East Hollywood, a collision involving a motorcycle and another vehicle killed a rider. The July 9 crash occurred close to where Santa Monica Boulevard and Virgil Avenue intersect.
The time was roughly 5:00 p.m., Los Angeles Police said.
Details have not yet been reported on how the crash happened, and the other vehicle involved in the crash has not been described.
Responders pronounced the rider deceased at the crash site. The identity of the person, including name, age, gender, and city of residence, has not been reported.
The driver involved in the crash has also not been identified. Reports do not say if the driver was hurt in the crash.
