The harrowing incident occurred on a fateful Sunday night at approximately 10:45 p.m. The sequence of events began around 10:00 p.m. when, under circumstances yet to be determined, a car, suspected to be a black Toyota four-door sedan, narrowly avoided colliding with a bicyclist. The driver continued on Edward Street and Brad Drive but, tragically, collided with another bicyclist near the intersection of Heil Avenue and Springdale Street.

Regrettably, the bicyclist involved in the second collision sustained fatal injuries. Nearly 15 minutes later, law enforcement received a third distress call, reporting another cyclist who, while understandably shaken by the encounter, managed to survive after being struck, potentially by the same vehicle.
