Bicycle Collision on Raitt & Myrtle Streets Leaves Rider Dead

SANTA ANA, CA (February 14, 2025) — A 33-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on Raitt Street Friday evening, February 14.

According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the crash occurred around 6:20 p.m. near the intersection of Raitt Street and Myrtle Street. The bicyclist was traveling southbound when, for reasons still under investigation, a vehicle collided with him.

Emergency Responders Transported The Victim To A Nearby Hospital Where He Later Died

Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have not yet released his identity, pending notification of next of kin.
