Motorcyclist Arrested for Fatal Hit-and-Run that Killed Bicyclist in Norwalk

Norwalk, CA – The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department has announced the arrest of a motorcyclist in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that left a bicyclist dead in Norwalk earlier in February. The fatal crash occurred on February 1st when deputies responded to a report of an unconscious bicyclist in the bike path along Imperial Highway near the intersection of Firestone Boulevard. The bicyclist was transported by ambulance to Coast Plaza Medical Center where she was pronounced dead by medical personnel a short time after arriving.

Motorcyclist Killed in Big Rig Crash in Rancho Cucamonga

Rancho Cucamonga, CA – A fatal commercial vs. motorcycle accident prompted closures of portions of the 15 Freeway in Rancho Cucamonga late Monday evening, February 10th. The incident was reported to California Highway Patrol sometime after 11:30 P.M. on the southbound 15 Freeway just north of Fourth Street. According to the California Highway Patrol’s traffic incident log, for unknown reasons a motorcycle collided with a big rig causing it to crash into the concrete center divider and burst into flames.

Suspect in Hit and Run that Killed Motorcyclist Arrested in Corona

Corona, CA – Corona Police Department says they have arrested an 85-year old man who is suspected of a hit-and-run crash that killed a 48-year old Eastvale woman on February 5th. According to authorities, the suspect was identified as Tashiro Isa, of Corona. Isa was located by the victim’s husband who had been searching and found the suspect’s vehicle in the surrounding areas near the accident site and notified police.

Motorcyclist Killed in Brentwood Crash Identified

BRENTWOOD, CA– The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office has identified the motorcyclist who was killed in a fatal collision on the San Diego 405 Freeway in Brentwood, a Los Angeles suburb, Sunday evening February 2nd. According to the California Highway Patrol, 28-year old James Lopez of Newbury Park was traveling northbound on the 405 Freeway when for reasons unknown Lopez lost control of his motorcycle and fell onto the road.
