Norwalk, CA – The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department has announced the arrest of a motorcyclist in connection with a fatal hit-and-run that left a bicyclist dead in Norwalk earlier in February. The fatal crash occurred on February 1st when deputies responded to a report of an unconscious bicyclist in the bike path along Imperial Highway near the intersection of Firestone Boulevard. The bicyclist was transported by ambulance to Coast Plaza Medical Center where she was pronounced dead by medical personnel a short time after arriving.
Rancho Cucamonga, CA – A fatal commercial vs. motorcycle accident prompted closures of portions of the 15 Freeway in Rancho Cucamonga late Monday evening, February 10th. The incident was reported to California Highway Patrol sometime after 11:30 P.M. on the southbound 15 Freeway just north of Fourth Street.
