Harley Davidson Rider Injured in Accident with Car in Paradise Hills Neighborhood

San Diego, CA (July 6, 2024) — A motorcyclist was injured following a crash with a car on Doriana Street near Jamie Avenue late Saturday night in the Bay Terraces neighborhood.

The accident occurred around 10:45 p.m. when a 24-year-old man driving a 2012 Volkswagen Golf attempted to make a U-turn by pulling into a driveway. As a result, a westbound 2010 Harley-Davidson, driven by a 40-year-old man, collided with the vehicle.

Paramedics Transported The Motorcycle Rider To A Nearby Hospital

Emergency personnel quickly arrived on the scene and transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where doctors treated him for a fractured femur. But fortunately, the driver of the Volkswagen remained at the scene and cooperated with police investigators.

The San Diego Police Department is seeking any witnesses to the accident to assist with the ongoing investigation.
