San Diego, CA (June 22, 2018) – Local police officers reported a crash between a motorcyclist and Bicyclist that left one seriously injured. The Accident happened early Friday morning, June 22nd, around 4:00 a.m. The motorcyclist struck the bicyclist that was going from west to east crossing Nimitz Boulevard toward Sunset Cliff. Both parties involved in the crash were transported to the hospital.

Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn introduced a motion Tuesday morning to offer a $25,000 reward for any information that would lead to the arrest and conviction of 2 suspected hit-and-run drivers who fled the scene after 1 driver struck and killed a 24-year old bicyclist in Long Beach. The announcement was made after the case, which is nearing its 3rd week, has produced no suspects or witnesses. The victim was identified as 24-year old Cole Micek of San Pedro.

A fatal collision involving a bicyclist who was struck and killed in the center lane of the eastbound Hollywood 101 Freeway in Studio City, Friday morning, Mar. 9th. According to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Amy Bastman, the fatal collision occurred just after 6:00 a.m. on the eastbound 101 freeway near the Laurel Canyon Boulevard between a vehicle and a pedestrian on a bicycle.

A motorcyclist is dead after a suspected DUI driver, in a white pickup truck, drove into oncoming traffic on the 405 Freeway colliding head-on with a motorcycle in Torrance early Sunday morning, Feb. 4th. The incident occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. when California Highway Patrol and Torrance Fire Department responded to reports of a wrong-way collision that occurred in the southbound lanes between the exits of Artesia and Crenshaw Boulevards on the San Diego 405 Freeway.

A 62-year old woman driving a motorized scooter was struck and killed by a teenage driver who ran a red light in the far East Valley of Las Vegas Tuesday afternoon. The fatal collision occurred around 12:39 p.m. at the intersection of East Bonanza Road and North Linn Lane just south of Eldorado High School in the northeast part of Las Vegas. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the 62-year old woman was crossing the intersection on a green light when a Nissan Sentra driven by a 17-year old boy, who was heading westbound on Bonanza Road, ran a red light and struck the woman in her scooter causing her to hit the pavement. First responders arrived on scene and transported the woman by ambulance to University Medical Center Trauma Center where the woman succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced dead by medical staff a short time later.
